Flying From Dublin To MCO.

Can anyone confirm that if you fly from Dublin you go thro American security and when you arrive in MCO in Orlando,you just pick up your cases and walk straight onto your transport.?o_O

Quite handy that. If you get denied entry to the USA you don't find out after a 10 hour flight LOL.
. As far as I know..the family we know have a villa in Kissimmee and the only reason they chose Dublin to Orlando was the low cost.They never knew about the American customs thing at Dublin airport.o_OBut they had all their papers stamped with the ESTA form checked at Ireland.

That's the reason we keep looking at Dublin, it is very cheap compared to mainland UK, even allowing for the fares to get over there. The problem is baggage allowance. We only have the option of Ryan Air from our local airport, and they charge a fortune to take a case, never mind the 4/5 we will have on the return leg.
