Can anyone confirm that if you fly from Dublin you go thro American security and when you arrive in MCO in Orlando, you just pick up your cases and walk straight onto your transport.?
Sorry about the delay in answering you @Nero the dog ..Yes it's true..As you pass thro the Dublin security, you go downstairs and though USA Customs..That's you cleared..and at MCO you lift your cases and your off..What was the answer?
I had been told that it worked that way for Aer Lingus flights
Quite handy that. If you get denied entry to the USA you don't find out after a 10 hour flight LOL.Sorry about the delay in answering you @Nero the dog ..Yes it's true..As you pass thro the Dublin security, you go downstairs and though USA Customs..That's you cleared..and at MCO you lift your cases and your off..
. As far as I know..the family we know have a villa in Kissimmee and the only reason they chose Dublin to Orlando was the low cost. They never knew about the American customs thing at Dublin airport. But they had all their papers stamped with the ESTA form checked at Ireland.Quite handy that.
