Flying Fish - Chef's Tasting Wine Dinner

I know lots of us have tried Flying Fish, but has anyone tried this experience? I booked it, but I'm still on the fence about it. Thoughts?

The crab cake appetizer and the potato wrapped snapper have been on my wish list for awhile!

the potato wrapped snapper and steak are amazing!! we went for dinner on our last trip and decided to return this time!

We have done the Flying Fish Chefs Counter 4 times and love it. It's a lot of food and wine but have always had a great time and wonderful food.
