Florida resident id question

I am a Florida resident and Ive been trying to find out from WDW themselves but Im not getting any answer. does anyone know of any other id is accepted to prove residency? my husband cannot get an id or D.L. but has a Mexican consulate id and a Mexican passport both with our Florida address. does anyone know if he can use that as proof of residency?

If your husband is a legal Florida resident he can get a Florida ID. The other acceptable IDs are:

• [FONT=verdana, geneva, helvetica]Current utility statement with his name and Florida address along with a corresponding picture ID[/FONT]
• [FONT=verdana, geneva, helvetica]Florida voter's registration card with corresponding picture ID[/FONT]
• [FONT=verdana, geneva, helvetica]A college ID for a Florida college[/FONT]
• [FONT=verdana, geneva, helvetica]Florida-based military ID[/FONT]

* Valid Military ID stationed at one of the Florida Military Bases listed below:
o Clearwater Coast Guard Station
o Eglin AFB
o Hurlburt Field AFB
o Jacksonville Naval Air Station
o MacDill AFB
o Mayport Naval Air Station
o Miami Coast Guard Station
o Naval Support Activity - Panama City
o Patrick AFB
o Pensacola Naval Air Station
o Tyndall AFB
o Kennedy Space Center
o Homestead Air Reserve Base
o Key West Naval Air Station
o United States Southern Command (Miami)
o Naval Ordnance Test Unit in Orlando and Cape Canaveral

No. It must be a Florida ID.
