Flip Flops

How does UNI handle people wearing flip flops on the coasters? Will I need to bring sneakers to ride all of them? THNX

Not sure of the rules but my sister had what she thought was a tried and true trusted pair of flip flops and she had bad pain at the end of the day.

She ran to a mall and got a pair of Sketchers GoWalks and LOVES them. She had no problems and they aren't frumpy/dumpy - they are cute! I'll be investing in a pair this week.

I have never been denied a ride and all I wear are flip-flops.

For piece of mind I stow crocs in the platform box on Dragons. I sit on them on Forbidden Journey. The TM on the belt usually asks am I sat on them, I reply yes, and I'm all set.

Hulk, RRR and Mummy are fine.

If my feet can't reach the floor (and I'm short, so it happens often), then no flip flops. Easy.

I'm not sure since I have never tried wearing flip flops. My money is something similar to how Six Flags handles it; you leave them by the exit. ...just a guess.

like @marni1971 said- there's a box on the ride platforms that would be of any concern. BTW @figmentfan423 , you are thinking of EVERYTHING! LOL! relax- it's not WDW

Same as everywhere I believe, if they are on the floor then its fine.
However, if it's floorless etc they need to be removed.

I know LOL, I'm a natural born planner. If I wasn't none of our Disney trips would have ever worked out!
