Flash Mob at MNSSHP

It is crap. and it isnt like an attraction where we need to wait and experience it ourselves to know what it's about. They're showing us the exact crappy flash mob (though it's not a flash mob and it's not the first time Disney has attempted to call a "show" like this a flash mob so I know that WDW seriously doesn't know the definition of "flash mob") dance they're going to be doing in September and it will stink much worse in person when that lame popish disney channel tween electronica music is blaring over the park's sound system.

You know, it speaks volumes about the mindset of TDO when they cut parts out of a fireworks show to "save a few bucks" when the other resort just 3,000 miles away performs the exact same show (and brings in less people and revenue to the bottom line) and they don't seem to think a cut is necessary.?

It's not just the fireworks. There have been cuts in lighting, decor, entertainment across the board for the parties year after year. It's getting to the point now where it's become little more than a glorified EMH. It's become more difficult for me to shell out money for MNSSHP tickets when nothing ever changes, whereas HHN has consistently new offerings every year.

And this will make me want to hit more rides and trick or treat stations...I'm sure the haters messages on the DisneyParks blog were never posted about how stupid it really is..I won't be surprised if this also happens during the Christmas party..You know what...Here disney Take the words JINGLE JAM..I guarantee will see it. And I will come back to this post if and when it happens.

You know guys we need to keep in mind this is only going to be a little something Fun to do while waiting for the parade. It is not meant to be a huge entertainment addition. I can see a lot of people, mostly kids, dancing and just having fun!

I can't speak to HHN, but I've definitely seen the cuts at MNSSHP. Hallowishes, the decorations, the candy... all have had the knife taken to them. I remember @KevinYee wrote an article (and through the magic of in-post editing, here it is) detailing some of the changes at MNSSHP over the years. The giant inflatable Pumbaa is gone, the alien that was on top of the Cosmic Ray's building is gone, the Mickey ghosts are gone... They had to have known for months (maybe years) that the path from Toontown to Tomorrowland was going to be closed last year, yet they added nothing to replace the cool Alice-themed treat trail that was there. I wish I didn't like that parade so darn much.

Uhm...Actually They did. Brer Rabbit's Laughing Place Candy Patch was the big treat trail last year to replace the old Alice Trail. And it got a lot more foot traffic then the other path so I wouldn't be surprised if it was back this year.

Trust me. I went in 2010 and 2011. There was a trail in the Splash extended queue in 2010 as well, it just didn't have a fancy name. In fact, I remember being upset last year, because the fancy new named trail was not as good as the unnamed one that it replaced. They were actually handing out fruit snacks in Tomorrowland Terrace, but it did not even have something as simple as people in those little playing card suits. Check it out: 2010 map 2011 map
