I always see the Enchanted Tiki Room. This has been a tradition since 1981. My wife and my daughter have now taken up this tradition.

Hehe.. strange.. on my first real trip to Disney World on our honeymoon a few years ago we went to the Magic Kingdom first.. and there were huge lines all over the place.. so the first ride we found without a line was the Enchanted Tiki Room.. so we did that as our first ride at Disney World

But since then our favorite ride to do first has been the Tower Of Terror :sohappy:

Altho.. we are taking our parents to Disney World this december for their first trip ever and we are doing Mickeys Philharmagic as our first thing :xmas: We figured it would be a great intro to Disney World and the magic kingdom ;)

My DH and I are taking his parents in Nov as our Christmas present to them. That being said, nothing usually changes much with our schedule - we make them do everythin we do....:D

The first thing we do is o to Epcot and eat breakfast at the Fountain View Cafe - they have the best croissants with bavarian cream and fruit! Then, following a new tradition, we head over to Soarin'.

After all the hassle of traveling, getting settled at the hotel and unpacking, we like to start our visit with a leisurely evening at Downtown Disney, topped off with a stop at Ghiradelli's for hot fudge sundaes.:slurp:

After a good night's sleep we're off to the Magic Kingdom - first ride, Pirates of the Caribbean! :)

We always do adventureland first, followed by Frontierland. The order we do the attractions depends on what time it is. If it's after 10 we'll do Jungle Cruise, Tiki Birds, then Pirates. If it's before 10 then Jungle Cruise and Tiki Birds aren't open yet so we start with Pirates.
