First WDW holiday fall 2019

My wife and I have been to Disneyland in Paris several times, including our honeymoon. Last year we had planned to do 2018 trip but the wife decided it was too much cost.

Well next year we celebrate our 5th anniversary so I'm planning a surprise trip for us. Initially I was doing a 3 week trip but work will only allow 2 weeks (rotten so and so's) so looks like it might just be abit more crammed in.

My wife doesn't do big thrill rides, coasters are a no go for her. I love them so I can make use of single rider where possible to shorten waits.

We are booked in POFQ but I am looking to move to CSR as closer to AK (lots here for us) and similar to EP and MK. Being further from Disney Springs is a problem though, how long does it take to bus between?

At present I'm thinking:
4 days in MK
3 days in AK
1.5 days EP
1.5 days HS
2 days universal - this is a big expense and then m not sure how much my wife will enjoy it so may free up with days.
1 day BB
1 day TL

EP/BB/TL are all more relaxing days or half days after a couple long days back to back at the other main parks.

Do you think this break down gives enough time to see and do most if not everything? Doing Paris we hit the parks 5 days straight but my main concern is getting to tired to enjoy it.

The first time we went to Disney from the U.K we concentrated on Disney and went to Discovery Cove and SeaWorld. You might find that Epcot end s up being your Favourite park and may decide on more time there .
If your wife isn't a fan of big rides then Universal may be a bit intense , even the screen rides like Spiderman and Transformers nearly made me pass out the first trip we went and they were mild . If either of you guys are not huge Harry Potter Fans it may well not be worth the extra expense for two days as there are not really any parades to break up the day.
Also being in Florida you might want to take a day to explore where the Manatees are , or Kennedy Space centre . We were blown away by Kennedy , and there is nothing like it in the U.K .
Whatever you decide to do , you will be blown away and will have an amazing trip. If you can do Discovery cove I highly recommend as one of the most relaxing days you would have on your trip.
