Yes, and that’s what I was missing. One of my favorite parts of visiting a Disney Park!
But as I mentioned in my original post - the high quality of the stage shows and parades did partially make up for it.
Do the horse cars ever operate these days?

They had been for awhile but only in the morning. I believe they have stopped again
Editing to say they the horse drawn carriages are back once again

Yes on a rotating basis. Usually early morning. 3 weeks ago we were happy to see the Omnibus was out again
It was out this morning.
Great! It was both crowded and cold during my visit - I was hoping they still operate.
I did get ride the omnibus and the little red car so Main Street vehicles could be checked off the list for my visit! Haha
They tend to run early before it’s really crowded. Cold isn’t a factor though; we saw them during the Christmas celebrations although I’d dare say there is a lower limit.
