thank you everyone for all the helpful responses!! I decided on Port Orleans Riverside, simply to save some money and will use that saved money for an activity at Disney, because I chose POR I did extend our trip though and and will be there 7 nights! 
One of the future trips will definitely try BC, when the kids are a little older and can really tell a difference.
