First time using this so was hoping i get a quick answer as i am pulling my hair out working out how I sort out a problem with my first login to the vacation member website.
It appears to ask for a 7 -2 digit member number to login and then use the pin number that is supplied via mail. the membership card has 12 numbers so i cant work out if this is the correct number to login into the site or if we have to cut some numbers off somewhere.
I originally seemed to login but not sure how then it said i was a memebr of a site not connected to the vaction website and asked me to logout of that. Not sure what has happened but am I doing something wrong or is this a common problem.
Just bought on eof the Animal Kingdom Villas which they are giving a years extra points to all that sign where the mickeys head is.. so want to book up as quick as possible with my new points.
