Hi, I am new to this so I apologize in advance if I'm missing a ' DVC Owner rental' section or something similar.

Anyway, I am looking to rent points from a DVC owner for the first time for October 15-21, 2016. I have looked into the broker websites, but just wanted to see if there was a resource anywhere here where owners post their availability to rent out points . Thanks in advance!

First, make sure you understand that there are significant differences between renting points and booking a hotel reservation with Disney. It is your responsibility to educate yourself on the process of renting points and perform the necessary due diligence prior to entering into any agreement to rent points. A good overview is available HERE.

My recommendation is to use a points broker instead of renting direct with an individual, but if you do want to rent direct, check out the DVC Rental section on DISBoards.com.
