First time on Space Mountain

My 10 year old daughter has finally decided she wants to ride Space Mountain this Sunday. Do you know if they will give her a first time sticker or anything special?

I don't think they do first time stickers or anything for rides, if they did they'd give out hundreds a day. You could always make her one though! Or get her one of the Space Mountain pins?

Thanks I was thinking of getting her a space mountain pin and maybe a first time pin front the front of the park and writing on Space Mountain on it.

My wife gave the other riders a special treat during her first ride - she screamed the whole time. I'm sure we got some funny looks as we left

You could always get her a Space Mountain t-shirt or other souvenir (even a copy of the on-ride photo) to commemorate her journey into space. I don't CMs offer anything to first riders otherwise.

Do warn her to "relax and stay floppy" on this attraction, given how jerky and jarring the motion is. If she tries to steady her head by tensing her neck muscles (a natural reaction), she could easily end up with an injury. (Unfortunately, I speak from experience... although that hasn't stopped me from subsequent trips on Space Mountain!)

Maybe you could get one of the "I'm Celebrating" buttons and have a Cast Member write "My 1st time on Space Mtn!" on it without your daughter knowing about it. Then you could give it to her afterward!
