First reply?

I'm new at this, so bear with me. I posted a quick reply and when I hit the button it first said that I wasn't logged in (but I was) then I tried it again and it looked like it worked. Yet I don`t see my reply posted. Is quick reply the same thing as post reply, does a quick reply get posted? (I know alot of questions) Help me???:veryconfu

You must have gotten logged out while looking at the thread. In order for you to stay logged in for an extended period of time, select the remember me box when you log in.

Quick Reply and Post reply are the same thing other than the fact that post reply takes you to a new page with advanced features.

Thanks guys, I have since checked the remember me box. I may have been logged out b/c my kids interrupt me quite a bit and I had to put the computer down a couple of times to deal with them. And no I was not in Chit Chat, it was another forum. Anyways, if this gets posted, obviously I've figured it out!
