First Magic Band in the UK

It doesnt look very sturdy and can fall off at any time. Only secured by a bit of plasic poking through a hole. I can see hundreds of people crowding guest services saying they have lost their band as it has fallen off on a ride or they just didn't notice. And what will Disney do when this happens? I honestly don't see them handing out new bands for free.

Now they need to sell items to decorate them... :) Or special patterns and themes for childeren rather than the dull grey. It would help identify whose's Whoses's.

They will come in other colors. Also, upgraded bands with various themes will be available. They've also stated that jibbitz-like decorations will be available for sale.

Is there velco in addition to the plastic peg or another tab like a watch band have to agree with @Andys2992 looks like it would fall off easy.
I dont want to pull the Lighter grey part away just in case because it is not mine..... i think it is like a perforation and once you have detached it you will require a new one if you require a larger one again.

additionally about the comfort and feel of the band...... it is quite sturdy on your wrist if you have it securly tight however in the Florida climate i can see it becoming quite warm between the plastic and your skin. Also the area behind the Mickey Symbol is extremly solid and doesnt give so i recommend having that area facing downwards on your arm, if you have it towards the side i did find it uncomfortable.

I just showed this to my husband, he said it looks like the electronic monitoring bracelets that courts affix to prisoners for house arrest!

One Little Spark...
Looks loose-able! Great idea though.

Worth 1 - 2 billion? Especially considering that most of the functions it touts were already available with the KTTW card (at least as far as Guest Experience is concerned, not the "convoluted" story they tell about how they want to use it to "personalize your meet and greets")...

I haven't felt like a bigger middle finger has been pointed at me, the fan, by a company since Lucas released Ep. 1.
