Here is the calculation I did at one point...

Hogwarts is being reported to have 200 guests per train, 2 trains and a cycle time of 7 minutes. So that would be 3200 riders per hour, 1600 in each direction.

how many people are going to get on, to go one direction, and think they can get right back on to go the other direction? Wait 2 hours on one side, tow hours on the other side, then your day's over... You know there are going to be people that don't get it. I hope the post the return time wait time.

I would imagine Universal is going to take strong steps to make sure that guests know the score regarding this train.
Because even using it requires a 2-park hopper ticket, they're probably going to have a bunch of explanatory signage at the front gate and ticket kiosks of both parks.

What I had seen was 180 per train. Which would make it about 1542 per hour each way. Either way, on the order of 1500 - 1600 per hour each way isn't great capacity.

Okay, just seen this and first word comes to mind is awesome. I can hardly wait to see it this October. I am glad that Uni has put a lot of effort thought into making this experience for us. Now that is what the Movies is suppose to feel like.

The FJ Express queue currently houses the "Castle Tour" option for guests. I don't expect you'll ever see express at any of these attractions

In reality there is little "heat" on Forbidden Journey right now. It's a capacity hog and probably could easily handle taking on Express Pass. I just don't think Universal has any plans to put it in there
