First Family Vacation to Disneyland - Questions!

Hey. I went to LA with my high school band last spring break, and we took a day trip to Disneyland during that time. Now me and my family are planning a week trip out to the LA region of California for some time this summer.

I have a few questions that I'll post in this thread if I ever need more info, but for now... What Good Neighboor Hotel would you recommend for a modest price?

Out of our week, we'll probably go to Disneyland for 3 or 4 days.

The Howard Johnson can be as low as $50 a night if you ask for the Entertainment Book rate, and I would definitely suggest staying there if you get that discount.

Definitely the Howard Johnson (or as it is lovingly nicknamed, HoJo Anaheim) is a best bet for the cheapest rate. They have many different promotional rates, such as the Entertainment Book rate mentioned above, as well as an Annual Passholder and AAA rate.

We'll look into that.

But, I think we're going to postpone our trip yet again now.
Now we're looking at June 2010 instead of August 2009.
After thinking it over, it just works better for us then.

Nothing wrong with June 2010. By then Disneylands 55th will be going on with the new parade, new fireworks hopefully, and by then DCA will have its first part of its billion dollar makeover opened with World of Color.

I'll have to say Hojos too!

Well, whenever you do take your trip - I'd go with Hojos too. Otherwise Best Western Park Place is cheap and directly across the street.
