Just booked our first disney cruise for May 2014 on the Dream. We have 2 boys who's ages will be 4 and the other will be 2 weeks away from 2 when we go on the cruise. Just wondering if anybody has any good advice for us for the cruise. The 4 year old will be able to do the kids club but the almost 2 year old will need to use the daycare. How quickly does the daycare fill up since you have to schedule it before the cruise and can't do that till your 100% paid. And how much can you schedule? Any info in this and any other advice for the cruise will be greatly appreciated.

Also, do people bring a stroller on the cruise and what do you do when you get to a port and want to go somewhere via taxi, do we bring a car seat as well?

Yes people bring strollers on the cruise. We always travelled with a small umbrella stroller because its light and takes up less space so is less annoying to other passengers. We never brought a car seat on the islands. Just held our daughter onbour lap. Ps when you say just booked, as in the past few days? Disney will be offering a $50 OBC on the Dream and Magic from Jan-May next yr, but on bookings made wk of Oct 20.

Of course they would offer that then, I booked 2 weeks ago. Oh well. How is the crib they offer, usually my infant sleeps in a pack in play when we stay somewhere.

If you pay in full with a Disney Visa you can still get a $50 onboard credit. :)

It's a pack 'n play. You can book up to 10 hours of nursery time before you board. If there are still times available, you can book more when you board.

Is it ur experience that it fills up quickly? I'm hopefully going to have it paid off before the end of December so hopefully there will be plenty of space left so me and my wife can havea couple hours a day to ourselves since we will be celebrating our anniversary.

You shouldn't have too hard of a time! You can book at midnight on the night before your final payment is due. So if it's due on the 11th, pay it off by the 10th and get online at midnight. :)
