Fireworks cruises not available?

I just got off the phone after trying to book one of the pontoon boat cruises at the MK for the end of March and was told they weren’t loaded in the system yet. I found it odd also that the CM wanted to know how long a cruise we wanted 60-210 minutes. I tried calling back but the wait time had ballooned up to 2 hours. Anyone know if they really aren’t loaded or did I just get a CM who didn’t know what she was talking about?

looks like they have only select dates (Wed & Sat) but appears to be "open" through the 30 March date (nothing after yet, but it's probably a 60 days out thing). "open" in quotes b/c I didn't check various date availability.

They're things out of my price range, so I'm not sure how early they open them up/how quick they book up or what staffing availability looks like
