Fire balls

I'm wondering how the fire ball effect is done in fantasmic when fire balls attack Rat Cliff and his gang. Is it on a wire?

Hey there, sorry no one responded sooner. To answer your question, the "fireballs" are supposed to look like flaming arrows that are shot from the top, down to the stage, and yes they are on wires. If you watch the show closely, you will see the wires get released just before John Smith swings across so that he does not hit them. Hope that answers your question!
