Finished making my dining reservations!

Because I had split room reservations, I was able to make all of my dining reservations from December 15-28th! Here's what we have:

12/15 - Quick service @ Contemporary
12/16 - Coral Reef
12/17 - Mythos @ Uni
12/18 - The Wave
12/19 - Cinderella's Royal Table
12/20 - Rainforest Cafe Downtown
12/21 - Grand Floridian Cafe
12/22 - Tutto Italia (debating switching to San Angel Inn - opinions?)
12/23 - Sanaa
12/24 - Sci-fi Dine-in Theater
12/25 - Bistro de Paris
12/26 - Yak & Yeti
12/27 - Bongo's Cuban Cafe
12/28 - The Hollywood Brown Derby (Fantasmic Dining Package)

What do you guys think??? Switch Tutto Italia to San Angel Inn? What about switching Brown Derby to Mama Melrose's or Hollywood & Vine?

I love San Angel Inn's setting - but, as a restaurant it's very ordinary.

DHS is tough, I've never been to Hollywood and Vine. But, I think both the Brown Derby and Mama Melrose's are fine choices. Just curious, why didn't you mention 50's Primetime?

Lastly, I loved Bongo's years ago - I hope you have a good experience. I want to go back there on my next trip, but Raglan Road was soooo good last time. Tough choice.

Consider Mama Melrose over Hollywood & Vine.......We found Hollywood & Vine disappointing....similar but quite a few points below Crystal Palace (IMO)

I have to agree. My husband loves Hollywood & Vine but I'd really prefer trying something else because I feel the food has declined in the past couple years.

I agree 100%. Just ate at Mama Melrose in June 2012 for the first time with the Fantasmic package. It was much better then Hollywood & Vine Buffet.

HOLLYWOOD AND VINE IS AWFUL FOR DINNER....my opinion of course...but I wont ever step foot in there again..Id look at Mama Melrose...even your original Brown Derby..I cringe everytime I see someone "willfully " going into that place...

Everything looks good to me! Good call on Brown Derby. It's really the only place in Hollywood Studios worth patronizing. As for Tutto Italia, I think the food is passable, but pricey for what it is. If you're a big fan of Italian food, you won't think it's worthwhile. I've never been disappointed in San Angel Inn, though, and I love Mexican food. Growing up in California, I think I've been exposed to some pretty good Mexican food too.

ETA: I see you've switched to Sanaa. That's a great choice.
