Finder app on iPhone and android

I have an iPhone, my husband has a droid. I'm having trouble finding a decent friend finder app that will work on both. Have you found one?

Google Latitude works cross-platform, but doesn't update in real time as often as I'd like.

If both individuals are using it it updates more often, but it's not exactly live tracking.

The iOS "Find My Friends" is better, but as you know only works on iOS devices. :shrug:
