Finally Booked!!!

I leave tommorow and finally booked the reservation. I decided to go with the Grand Californian because everything I read said the location of it was great and the pictures that people have taken and put in reports look AMAZING...Really excited!!:sohappy:


Any other last minute tips??

Yay! Have fun! The Grand Californian is really nice!

Get there at opening and use fastpass wisely...that's my best advice.

While you're in the hotel, I have to admit, it's WELL WORTH IT to relax and order room service! It's actually GREAT food (unlike most hotel room services).

Watch the 2nd show, since theres usually less people. I like sitting on the brick terrace right outside of the French Market. Although its right between 2 of the water screens and some tree you can see the mill just fine.

The first showing is always very crowded. People start lining up at least 3 hours before. I'd definitely also suggest the second showing.

I always like to find a spot front and center, right outside Pirates. Be prepared for a lot of standing and people blocking your way...fun stuff.

Storytellers Cafe, right? I've heard good things about it. The only characters that come out are Chip, Dale, and Koda (I believe).

If you want a great character meal, I suggest Goofy's Kitchen located in the DL Hotel. I went this past weekend and had an absolute blast. The food was good and the character interaction was the best. They spend a lot of time with each table. Just throwing that out there since you seem to be interested in a character meal.
