But if you do get an invite, you have to go back and reschedule it through the email! At least I did this past June. I had made FP+ for myself, my parents, and my brother (3 different ressies). I received the email and went in just to check it out, and I no longer had a FP+. I was able to get the same time, but I had to totally reschedule it! The other two never got an email (because everything was under my account), and their FP+ were still there! So just something to watch out for!

For my recent stay, I got the email invite and still couldn't get a FP. It was about 2 weeks later before I could actually book a FP reservation. Plus I had to create a new Disney.com username because my current one (which all my reservations are tied to through MDE) never showed my upcoming resort reservation dates linked to BOG site, making my dates unavailable for selecting. Booked it just fine under the second username. No email or number confirmation though. :confused: About a week later I added my menu selections to that original reservation. Seemed to work fine.

However, about a week before my trip I logged onto the BOG website and it no longer showed my FP reservation! :mad: Ended up booking another one as I figured the original one was gone. Booked the second time without meal selection and again, it didn't show a reservation after I went back in to view it. :mad::mad: Day of reservation, there wasn't even a line so it didn't really matter. :jawdrop: However they did have at least one of my reservations at check-in. I presume it was the second one as they didn't have my menu selections tied to it.

I think there are still alot of bugs to work out on the BOG website! They need to link these to your MDE just like regular dining reservations are. That system seems to be working fine nowadays so just take normal reservations at BOG at lunch. Good grief - no need to recreate the wheel! I don't know why Disney seems to always struggle out of the gate on new website functions.

I got my invite today, too, and had no problems pulling up arrival windows for multiple days in August. But no matter how many times I confirm the date/time I want, once I log out and back in, I can't view the lunch FP. It's just grayed out like I never made a reservation. I have a screenshot of the final page telling me the reservation was saved, but I'm not sure how far that'll get me when I'm standing at the podium! :rolleyes: Annoying.

Were all of your days open? I wanted August 12, 13, or 14 and it showed no availability no days.

All those dates were open for me as of 2 hours ago! I decided on the 12th and realized that if I refreshed the screen it would even pull up different time slots--multiple windows between 10a and 2p. We're a party of 3, I don't know if that influences anything...but it's crazy that it's showing you no availability at all!

Just checked again with different browser and still nothing. It may be because I am a part of one and ive noticed that dining reservations tend to never show anything for a party of one but two or more. I cant change the number in my party on the BOG website. Alas, I have FP+ for my arrival day but I also have a ADR for the Plaza same day and time. I may forgo the BOG fp+ and just do the standby line on the EMH morning on the 14th but I am not letting it go until the week of.

That really stinks. I just checked again and there's still plenty of spots (and it's still not showing my ADR). I really wish there was a way to make this one on the phone.

It has to be because I am a party of one. I bet if there were 2 or more people tied to my reservation it would show. But its fine I am happy with the one I have.

Please forgive my ignorance, I clicked on the link above, beourguestlunch.disney.go.com and went to sign in. I entered what I thought was our Reservation ID (the confirmation number found under our reservations). If I should be looking for a different number elsewhere would someone please let me know. Thanks!

How did you get the email invite? We leave in 10 days and haven't received it. Is there another way to make the fp+ lunch reservations at BOG? Thanks!

The email invite should just go to the email address associated with your MDE account, and I'd think you should have gotten it by now. I don't know if every reservation automatically gets an invite or how they choose who gets one or not. Is the number you're using 12 digits and starts with a 4?

Are you using magical express? I could not find the 12 digit reservation number anywhere I looked on the yellow tag and found the number
