Finalizing the trip!

We're finalizing our plans for our trip next year but are trying to decide whether to go the last full week of October (10/23-10/29) or the first full week in November (11/6-11/12).

Judging by what I've researched the prices are the same either way and kids are in school for both weeks (although I'm taking mine out of school). Does anyone have recommendations for which one you fine folks would choose?

Also, we want to have a nice sit down dinner the night we go to DHS and am looking to go to the Yacht Club for an early dinner and then returning to see Fantasmic. Is this a wise choice or does anyone have other recommendations? We want to try somewhere different and I'm not fond of the TS restaurants in DHS other than the Brown Derby but my kids are picky.

Thanks very much.

Is Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party interesting to you? That would be a good reason to pick the earlier week.

Yacht Club is a fine choice food wise. Yachtman's Steakhouse and Captain's Grille are both great. How early of a dinner are you thinking of? It is not very far to DHS from the Yacht Club, but you want to factor travel time in.
If Fantasmic! plays at 8 pm, you should plan for dinner around 5:30.

Mutka..........MNSSHP is something we were thinking of as opposed to MVMCP. We were figuring dinner for 5:00-5:30 due to the travel time and because the Yacht Cuub is ner DHS is another reason (taking the boat).

Are the crowds different for either of those times? I assume the Nov week would have smaller crowds but not sure.

It's really not a significant difference. Crowds will be low for both weeks.

The boat from DHS to YC is a nice change of pace from the buses. I find it very relaxing.
