Filming on Space Mountain?

Wait, am I hallucinating? Isn't Space Mountain totally in the dark? So without a light you get a few minutes of darkness with the occasional scream. With a light, dim or not, it would take away from the intent of the ride and ruin it for others. Hopefully you would get your selfish butt thrown out of the park. A lot of Everest is outside or visible semi-lighted inside areas. Not total darkness. Put the camera in your pocket and immerse into the ride. There is no category of best cell phone movie on an inside, dark, coaster ride.

It isn’t per se, with the right equipment there’s plenty to see.

However, you’re right - without this there is pretty much no point trying to shoot video on the ride. Especially at the moment with the chronic state of the visual effects.

But, to the OP and anyone else, if you must, please please please ensure the device is secure and strapped on for the safety of others more than yourself.
