I have been seeing alot of film crews this week. We all know the helicopter flew over in the daytime as already reported. I saw a low flying helicopter flying from the direction of TTC over the lake and up to the gate of MK at around 9pm on the 27th. The helicopter stopped above the entrance gate hovered and turned toward Wilderness Lodge direction and flew away still low. Prob approx 200 feet above ground.

Today riding rocking roller coaster Isaw a film crew filming people on the ride. The cars were full from the middle to back sections only. The entire front half of the coaster was empty. Not sure why. I saw the film crew again when I was getting off my fully filled ride coaster. They were getting people on the coaster I just left going to film them riding as the other group. I had to sit a longer than normal time in the tunnel before we could go to unload area also. I assume they were filming reactions and ride exits but I couldnt see this.

With the media preview this weekend a lot of commercials and other media related items are being filmed around WDW. The helicopter over MK was likely for new aerial footage that is needed since it now includes the mine train. Just being skeptical but the RnRc may be for a MM+ commercial? There are tons of media related things that go on every day at the parks but with them all in town for the reveal this weekend they are likely doing even more than normal.

Just my 2 cents.

I agree that they are prob filming since they are already there. That is a cost savings that they should take advantage of and the time of year is not too busy. I also saw crews at Epcot earlier in the week.
