Fighting a speeding ticket

I don't believe in paying traffic fines if you're not at fault. If you just had to pay the fee, maybe I wouldn't have a problem with it. It's the insurance increases I don't like rolling over for. Of course, if I was speeding and I knew it, I'd just pay it. No way was I speeding. From where I entered the road and where I was pulled over, my truck doesn't hit 45 in such a space.

Had to post this.

Got a letter in the mail today from the Mass. RMV. I need to send them $25 for a court filing fee for requesting a hearing. Not sure when that law went into effect, but how sneaky of the state to try and cut down the number of hearings. I can not wait to leave this state. I swear, it's only a matter of time until they start billing you a separate septic usage tax based on how many times you flush the toilet per month.
