Figaro

Any idea why Figaro (Minnie's cat) isn't ever featured in the parks/rarely in merch? There was no hint of him at her house in DL, while Mickey had a lot of stuff for Pluto. The only thing I have with both Minnie and Figaro is a pin of them on the tea cups from DL, and our cats' Disney cats placemat has him on it..
