Steve cannot be everywhere at once, and since he is based in California, he will only be in WDW periodically to help get the parade up and running. Even at DL there are producers and show directors who work on the ground level with the parade; Steve is a creative executive with many irons in the fire.

What is there to say? Nearly everything is on hold or moving slower than the plot of "Attack of the Clones."

Can anyone confirm that MSEP will be staying and no refurb when Festival of Fantasy comes online? Have to admit Im a little bummed . I was kinda looking forward to seeing Festival of Fantasy at night instead of MSEP for a change haha.

No, Steve is the creative who comes up with the concepts for the parade and oversees its design and production. There is a specific person who designs the floats, and they work closely with Steve to create the look they want.

I assume you are referring to the "Princess Garden Float"? Is that the only thing being reused from Jubilation? Please tell me its not the soundtrack!

That Pinocchio float is really perfect to represent Storybook Circus. Though those colors are just gaudy in every way. I hope they repaint it to be more in line with the reds, blues, and yellows of the land.

The Pinocchio float is coming to FOF too.

And why is it the first thing that comes to mind is how long it will take before the "Bubble" effect breaks and never gets fixed?

I also don't see anyone denying the music being from Jubilation.. with the exception of the differences in floats.
