February 2016 trip.

We've never been to Disney in February. We've gone in the summer the last 4 times we went. We are going for my DDs 2nd birthday. How early can I make an appt for her to get her 1st hair cut at MK? Also going with us are my stepkids DS16 and DD14.
How can I keep all 3 kids entertained?
I am also interested in ANY advice that anyone has about ANYTHING that would help me plan and enjoy our vacation!

You do not need tickets. We booked our daughters 180 in advance a couple of months ago and have yet to order our tickets.
