I can go to WDW in Feb 3-10 or March which is better and why March is $300 more but they both come with the $200 gift card help please.

March is the beginning of Spring Break season (technically, they call it the "Regular Season"). Things busier the closer it gets to Easter (April 12, 2009).
Feb would be less crowded, albeit a bit cooler.
If it matters, Typhoon Lagoon will be closed until March 21.

It can be cold in early Feb--down into the 40s or even upper 30s at night and daytime highs range from the 60s to mid-70s. March is typically a bit closer to 80 degrees during the day. If you don't mind it being cooler, go with Feb.

some of our friends are going with their children the fist week of april because that is when spring break for the schools is in 09. if you are going the last week of march you should be good as far as locals on spring break are concerned.

Disney is busy from early March thru late April because each week during that period, some large population somewhere is on Spring break.

February should be less crowded. The number of passengers arriving at Orlando airport is typically quite a bit higher in March than in February, and many of them are probably headed to Disney World.

I'd vote February. It's much more crowded in march, with cheerleaders and sports clinic teens and families on spring vacation. It may be chillier in February but it would be much less crowded
