Feb. 2-9 2013

Hope someone can help. We come to Disney end Jan most years but thinking of trying Feb. 2nd to the 9th for 2013.
Does anybody know if it is like going end Jan. with no crowds.

Yes because they world is scheduled to end in Dec 2012. There shouldn't be any crowds. Otherwise it should be off season at that time.

Crowds should be similar to what you see at the end of January, possibly a little less since the end of January contains Marathon week. However, there are no real dead times at WDW anymore. If your last January trip was a few years ago or more the current crowd level might take you by surprise.

I had friends there that time this year, it's the week of my son's birthday and when I had wanted to go, but I had a better deal a few weeks later. They had low crowds and waited very little for anything, still a few fastpasses for the big ones like Toy Story, TOT, Aerosmith etc..Usually with an hour return time though. They did get some cold weather though, and had to buy jackets and sweats they were packed for summer weather and freezing. But every year varies, watch weather down there just before you leave and pack some jackets/sweatshirts just in case!

It shouldn't be too bad..While the Tour groups are the only problem..It's not as bad since it's the slower part of the season.

We normally go first week in Feb and we're planning our next trip Feb 2-9 also. The weather is nice and crowds are low. We've never had an issue with Tour Groups.
