Faxing in that specific room request - HOW?

Okay, so it is just about time to contact the resort and request that specific room, if I'm going to do it. Problem is, I don't know (a) the fax number or (b) which specifiic building/room to request.

Can you help a guy out, here?

My crew is staying in two adjoining rooms at the Coronado Springs Resort. I have paid for "preferred" rooms, which I think means closer to the food court and bus stop.

If anyone has (a) a recommendation for which building and/or rooms to request inside CSR, and (b) the number to call for faxing a specific room request, I would greatly appreciate your sharing.
