ok whats your fave. disney store and why?

mine is either the emporium in MK or the world of disney in DD

cuz they have everything and i spend hours in them.lol theres just something about them in the rain. hahah yes odd but idk lol

"The Art Of Disney" to the right just after you pass Spaceship Earth at EPCOT.


...you watch the last showing at Illuminations...then slightly just veer off into that store, and go around it all as if it were the most beautiful gallery you've laid your eyes on for a good 30 minutes...and then step back outside to notice that the crowd on the way out isn't as clustered as it was before.




That, and I agree with the World Of Disney, especially looking up in the store.

My favorite would be the Christmas Store at Downtown Disney. I could mentally spend thousands there. It is the only time of year my husband lets me become an insane Disney maniac (and lets his hidden mickey lover inside come out!). I love it because I know there are so many items I will never find at home. The disney store's selection looks like cans of beans to me when I come home after my trip. I go to town there with my spending $money$!

I personally love the World of Disney at DTD. The store is so breathtakingly huge! I am a fan of trinkets to take back to work...Mickey shaped notepads, Mickey pens, coffee mugs, "mouse" :lol: pads and whatnot

I don't do a lot of buying, but I do love a lot of the shops for their atmosphere and, let's face it, A/C LOL.

For that reason I love the Emporium at Main Street. Lots of great merchandise, and you can get from one end of Main Street to the other in A/C bliss.

I also like the little shop in Fantasyland...I'm drawing a total blank as to the name (Tink's Toy Chest?). The one where you can wake up Tink in the morning. It's one of the few enclosed A/C places in the area, and even though it's mostly princess stuff I like looking at it because it actually fits the theme of the land.

In Epcot I can't think of any one I particularly enjoy besides Mexico - but of course that's just for the atmosphere.

I used to love Villians in Vogue at MGM, but now they have about three feet of space devoted to the Villian stuff - they make very little these days. Shame, as that's my favorite stuff. It's been taken over by Pirates now, which I guess was preferable to the Nightmare before Xmas stuff that was taking over before.

I love the world of disney just because it has almost everything. There is also a store on the way to the tower of terror that sells those big mickey statues for $150 and I love looking at those. I really want the scorcer mickey that is on a wave with fiber optics, it is really awesome.

Goofy's Candy Company in Downtown Disney. There are a lot of great little details in there, particularly the Periodic Table of Disney Elements (Mickium, Goofonium, Plutonium, Sleepium, Dopeyum, etc.). I wish that they made a poster of it, because I know of a few professors that would love a copy. (It's located along the back of the kitchen area).

It may be generic...but I love Mouse Gears. That store absolutely has everything. I also really like the candy store in Magic Kngdom. It smells so good in there.....YUMMY:slurp: :slurp:

As mentioned already by some fans, I love Disney's Days of Christmas at DTD. Once Upon a Toy has gotten to be pretty cool too. It's a trip down memory lane!

Mouse Gear! I don't know why, it's my favorite though! It has everything! It's also right across from "the coke factory," oh sorry, I mean: Club Cool :lookaroun :ROFLOL:

I picked Mouse Gears because it has everything I need without being too overwelming.

While I also enjoy the World of Disney store, it just seems to vast and crowded sometimes. If ever I will lose a child or a wife, I'm sure it will be while shopping there.

I'm a guitar player so I enjoy The House of Blues store too. It seems I cannot walk out of that store with out spending money.

I also enjoy Starbilia in Downtown Disney's West End, but I'm sure I would enjoy it a LOT more if I were wealthy.:(
