Favorite Water Ride

What's your favorite IOA water ride - Popeye, Ripsaw Falls, or Jurassic Park?

I would have to say Ripsaw Falls - I think that this attraction is extremely underrated. The facade is amazing, the queue is fun, and with the exception of just a couple scenes, the ride is fast-paced, well themed, and enjoyable. The drops are thrilling, and it has always seemed to be a very well-rounded attraction. The Disney jokes are great too.

I agree Danny. I haven't actually been on the ride yet (I don't like to walk around soaking wet) but it looks like a lot of fun. I've never seen a log flume type ride with a dip after the main drop. I also like Jurassic Park as well. That drop is a killer the first time you ride it.

I must go with Jurassic Park River Adventure. Incredible theme, animatronics, and a great drop.

Bluto's Bilge Rat Barges
Dudley Do-Right's Ripsaw Falls
Jurrassic Park River Adventure.

Gotta go with Bluto's because it's the best raft ride I've ever been on...it's fast, it's wet, it's fun, and it has great theming!

Dudley's is next just because of the killer drop with "angle change" and then the "bunny hop"...but for "ride quality" the theming is a little lacking with subpar ride scenes.

River Adventure needs a major rehab...the ride is fun and the drop is great...but it just needs something...not exactly sure what...but maybe because it's just one drop and not very exciting before that drop.

Its hard to decide because they are all so different!

Bluto's is excellent, the theming is amazing and its is by far the best raft ride I have ever been on.

Ripsaw falls is great too, but not quite on par with splash mountain for inside theming, outside great, but if they worked on inside it would be even better, but its nice and fast and a good ride!

River Adventure is great too, nice slow ride where you can look at the great animatronics etc, but I feel, it should have maybe a little more story, maybe a few fake drops, etc. but still, great drop, great ride!

I haven't been on Popeye's yet so I'll compare the other two!

Dudley's: Exterior: Great! Big, colorful, inviting and cheerful!

Interior (queue+ride): I enjoyed the queue very much! Maybe because I never had a wait but it was still quite pleasent and nicely themed! The ride itself is a very fun ride! The theming lacks a bit in places but the atmosphere of the ride is great! Overall: 9/10!

Jurassic Park River Adventure:

Exterior: Fits the area! Rocky, lush and full of tropical trees which get you in the mood!
Interior: Can't comment about the queue since I walked straight on! Seemed to be quite boring in certain spots! The ride itself on the other hand is amazing! It gets you in the JP type mood! The animatronics are great, theming is amazing and looks to be though out well and the drop at the end only adds to the overall experience! Overall: 9.5/10!
