Favorite Value Resort?

Would say my favorite is POP but All Star Movies is not far behind. Do prefer the dedicated bus route for POP and found their smaller pools to be much less crowded than All Star Movies.

AS Sports. We have stayed there 5 or 6 times. It serves the purpose.

I've seen a lot of people talk about how the AS buses have to stop at all or multiple AS resorts. We have rarely been affected by that. The only time we have had to go to multiple resorts is leaving early for Epcot or AK, and there aren't many people on the bus. If you are in a situation where the bus could possible stop at the the AS resorts, by staying at AS Sports, you are guaranteed to get off first and get on first.

We have stayed at Pop Century a couple times, and the bus situation leaving MK at night was always a nightmare. Seems like there were 2X as many people waiting as the AS lines. There was always two whole bus stop segments for PC. PC resort has 2880 rooms, while AS Sports has 1920. That might explain part of it.

FYI - we always stay at Pop but 2nd to last time we tried out AoA and LOVED IT!!

BUT - it was talking forever for a bus to take us back from Epcot one night while right next to us, Pop was getting busses left and right! We line hopped over and took a bus back to Pop and walked to AoA and grabbed dinner. While sitting down to eat, we saw people just getting in that we're in line next to us for AoA!

ALL-Star Movies and Pop Century are mine. What's yours?
We stayed at All a Star Sports once and will not repeat, we were walking back from getting a pizza for supper and was almost to the goal post when a 15 year old kid with his buddy's kicks a soccer ball right at us. Sine they did it behind our back we didn't see it until it hit my wife directly in the back of the wrist. We though it was broken at the time but it was just severely sprained. It's a good place for kids and groups but we will never stay there again.

Jesus Christ. I'm not about to grill the kid cause I've accidently hit people in the face during PE soccer games but I feel like they should have realized that they should have stopped if there were people in the way unless it was a wild, 60 degree away from where he intended it to go screw up shot. Still, it sounds like they should install fences to go around the sports areas to block off the walkways from stray balls.

Did you guys go to the hospital during your trip? Did the resort offer any acomidations?

We went to front desk explained what happened, they called some guys to come look at it and told us it was not broken. We chose not to go to hospital and spend half our time there. I never went back to Disney to send In a Formal complaint I probably could have gotten some extra Fast Passes or something but boys will be boys, we just forgot it and moved on. Like you say we were in the walk way, maybe they need signs that say no kicking or play ball in walking areas or something. Anyway all s well.

So far I've stayed at All Star Music and Art of Animation. Of those two I preferred Art of Animation, but we visited Pop Century on out last trip and I have a feeling that's probably going to be my favorite (we check in a few weeks from now).
