Epcot:
Club Coool!!!!

DHS:
NYC area/backdrop with singing in the rain umbrella (before the construction)

Animal Kingdom:
Flame-Tree BBQ, back in the eating area with the fountains and view of the lake with Everest. Okay, it's a restaurant, but the area back there is the 'attraction'.

I agree with the folks who mentioned The Sum of all Thrills...we stumbled upon that on our last trip and quite honestly this is one of the last vestiges that I can find of the true spirit of EPCOT. Something that thrills the senses while expanding the mind and exposing you to technology you might not otherwise see in your day to day life. I highly recommend not passing this by if you have the opportunity to do it.

BUT....our favorite underrated attraction is Flights of Wonder. Some say it is too preachy but I think the conservation message is intended throughout AK. I like the simplicity of it along with the unexpected nature of some of the shows features (not wanting to spoil it). It was great the first time but it is one of those shows that because it is live birds, audience and live actors all involved it is actually a slightly different show each time.

In addition to CoP and TTA, I also love the Great Movie ride. I always loved it even as a kid but when I was around 16 and began to have a deep love for classic film, I loved it even more.

Personally, the Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor does not get enough credit. Last time I was at WDW my and my brother did it for the first time and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. We did multiple times in a row and it was just as funny each time. The way they can actually interact with the audience keeps the show fresh and ensures that you don't see the same show twice. Love this attraction. A lot of people overlook it unfortunately.
