Favorite time of year at Disney?

I used to say Oct, but not after this week. It is still too hot and humid. The rest of the world has discovered the MNSSH party so it is more crowded. EPCOT was insane with the F&W drunks. If I wanted to dodge flute carrying drunks, I'd go to Daytona. I'll only visit in Jan/Feb from now on.

What I saw last week, putting a red X through second week October...

I'm a rare duck, but I really love July. I find that the crowds are very manageable and I love the weather. It's bright, sunny, and warm! We've been in December, January, and April and its just too cold for me. I live in New England - When I go to Florida I want to slather on the sunscreen and bake in some 90 degree humidity under a palm tree. It helps thaw me out from the rest of the year.

I know this is crazy, but I went spring break last year & loved it. It was perfect. As I am still a kid, there was a lot for me to do and a lot more kids to interact with. (okay well i'm 18 how much longer do i have before i have to stop calling myself a kid?!)
However, we also go Thanksgiving week. Usually arrive the day before Thanksgiving and leave a week or so later. It's perfect, that's my idea time to go.

December 2010 we wore gloves, long pants and fleece jackets. You never know what you will get in December but we did enjoy the trip.

Well, I stay hot and the September heat makes me sweat by the time we get to the car to head to the parks. So, the cold/cool weather was a God send to me.

We used to come in August, but we found the weather and crowds a bit overpowering. Now we always come in early December when the weather's a bit cooler and the crowds are not at their peak.

It's really nice to see the decorations and lights. Nobody does them like Disney.

The first two weeks of December is always the best for us. Yes, the Christmas decorations are wonderful but for us it seems that the combination of a Christmas spirit and a cooler weather make people's mood a whole lot better if not brighter :) I see in general people are more cheerful.

Well, it's not summer! Too humid! And hot. And crowded.

Spring, with the lovely Flower & Garden festival is probably my favorite of all. I also like fall, because the heat has gone away and we have MNSSHP at Disney and HHN at Uni. But the flowers might be the best of all. :)

early november for us, just the right temp and (supposedly) a slower time for crowds. also, the Christmas decor is up!

February, usually just before Presidents Day! We've been in June, July, Sept., December and February is definitely the least crowded...Now the secrets out!

I love the atmosphere during Food & Wine and the Halloween party -- but it's just too crowded for us now.

I think our favourite time will always be after Labour Day in September, or in January/February when it's nice and quiet. With that said, this year will be our first time going during the Holidays - not as Cast Members but as guests - so I'll reserve judgment until I get back ;-)

Christmas is the best time of year, because there's decorations in every park and resort, plus MVMCP & the Osborne Spectacle of Lights & Holidays Around The World.
Halloween is a close second though because I adore MNSSHP. :)
