I love to just drive around on property and see how huge it is. Put some music on the radio and drive around to see what you can find.

I like renting bikes at the Boardwalk. Going to the water parks. Going to Fort Wilderness. Lots of stuff like that.

I guess this falls in to the 'explore the resorts' category, but I love to walk around the paths @ AKL, or just sit on our balcony and watch the animals - the walks are particularly nice at night when its cool and with nice lighting effects, the fire-pit, etc. (and night-vision too!).

Downtown Disney exploration is fun too, but the resort seems more immersed in the 'magic'.

I haven't done this myself while at Disney, but if you've never been to one, check out a Steak 'n Shake restaurant. Their hot peppers in vinegar is the best thing ever to put on a burger and of course you have to try the shakes!
