For the inversion lovers, raptor may be the ultimate. I like raptor, but 1 ride per day is enough, a very intense coaster. I can do M-force over and over. The climb-out on M-force is incredible, your 300 feet in the air in an open sided car, nothing compares.

RNR is the best themed-indoor coaster anywhere.

This picture doesn't even do justice of how massive the hill is.

oh...my...god! i got queasy just looking at the picture.

someone said something about the front being great. i imagine the back has to be even more amazing.

the one at the six flags texas -- goliath, i think -- looks pretty impressive, too (though all you'd see at the top is the ugly, treeless plains of texas).

i liked mr. bill's response. but i'll go with rnr just cuz it's the only coaster i've been on in years. i would agree that it does peter out midway through.

Heres an arial view of Millennium Force, which gives you a better view of the layout and Cedar Point. This gives a better perspective of the hill.

It is by far the most intimidating looking coaster I have ever ridden. We need something like that here in FL (IOA's coasters are "OK"..but no where CLOSE to Mellenium force)

Why are you guys not familar with millennium force its the tallest coaster in america and it is really not that scary, the first time you go on it your super scared but really it is not that scary and it isnt bumpy or rough and it doent hurt your stomach when you drop. If you want to ride this coaster it is at cedar point in sandusky ohio
go to www.cedarpoint.com for information to go there

Considering this is a Disney board and I did see Rock n' Roller Coaster on that list, I had to vote for it. But....while it is my favorite Disney rc, I chose it because I didn't see either Big Bad Wolf or Apollo's Chariot on the list. I think they're tied for the best I've ever ridden. Apollo's Chariot is so high up in the air I nearly soiled myself anticipating that first hill.

Rock 'n' Roller Coaster...no doubt in my mind. Son of Beast was painful...as for Millennium Force...I dunno...intimidating, definitely...but after the first drop, the rush kinda ended for me...I prefer the double helix at 70 mph on Superman: Ride of Steel...It wasn't on the list, but if you want a kewl feeling, try Superman Ultimate Escape (called V2: Vertical Velocity at other parks). It's so kewl--LIM, inverted U-shaped coaster where one 200 ft. spire is spiraling like a DNA strand and the other is straight, with a LIM brake at the top that stops you momentarally, 200 feet up, looking straight down...your stomach starts dropping, you hit the shoulder bar, and THAT is a scary feeling...love that ride. Cedar Point is building a similar ride for next season, called Wicked Twister, only it has two spiralling pieces of track--no LIM brake 200 feet up...boring!

notice the LIM brakes on the far tower...
Also try Batman Knight Flight at Worlds of Adventure, floorless coaster (which are amazing in themselves) with a 135 foot inversion... http://www.coasterphotos.com/SFO/bkf1.htm They also have a flying coaster (like Stealth) called X-Flight...I actually felt sick on that ride, and I have never felt sick on a ride before!
