Now I'm not talking about the "classic" as in "ermigerd!!! Lion King! It's such a Disney classic! So memorable" kind of movies.... I mean actually.. "Classic" to be considered that term over a long period of time... Like.. Movies between 1930s and 1980s! Like.. trying to keep it old as possible! :p

So.. which ride would you consider your favorite based on a Disney classic?

My personal favorites are going to be Snow White's Scary Adventures and 7 Dwarves Mine Train.. I've kinda grown an attachment with the whole thing after our most recent educational theatre tour of our "spoof" version!

^^^ Me with the "7 dwarves" I directed for our "Snow White & The 7 Dwarves"

Pretty awesome songs in that show.

"Snow Don't Know She's Beautiful" - One Direction
"Working in a Diamond Mine" - Lee Dorsey
"I'm Bad" (sung by the queen) - Michael Jackson
"Queen in the Mirror" - Michael Jackson
"Love isn't always on time" (when the prince arrives "too late") - Toto

Just thought I'd share a few giggles from that since it's kiiiind of on topic :p

But yea. What's your favorite ride based on a Disney classic? Current of present?

-Mr. Toad
-Snow White
-Mad Tea Party
-Dumbo
-20,000 Leagues
-Winnie the Pooh
-Peter Pan's Flight

Solely by Disney though. No films released by other countries.. So, per say, Jungle Cruise wouldn't count (The African Queen - 1951, independent film).. Great Movie Ride wouldn't count unless it's a segment of the ride (Mary Poppins?) ect.

EDIT: Misuse of the word. I mean "old" rather than "classic." That would've been easier to explain.

Winnie the Pooh is so cute and actually pretty detailed. I love the rain scene. And I'm totally in love with the updated Dumbo, especially at night. The water effects are so cool!

Gotta go Pooh here. I know it gets some rightful criticism for is static figures. But as far as classic movie rides go, it’s very unique with the varied motion types within the ride and the unique story sections are well integrated as a whole. Very underrated in my opinion.

Mr. Toad's Wild Ride (how I miss it! :()

I have always been depressed that I never got to experience it at WDW.. With me being 16..

Luckily for me, we went to Disneyland and rode it there and I must say, I never thought I could consider a classic-style dark ride to be intense.. But good jeepers that was a freaking intense ride for something so simple! Like, literally simple! Cut-outs! Made intense! I LOVED that ride!
