Favorite resort restaurant

Jiko at Animal Kingdom Lodge. The restaurant single-handedly has convinced us that AKL was where we were staying on our next trip. While the food was amazing, we were completely blown away by the resort itself. Love at first sight...er, bite.

Wow! This is great. I know there are so many good choices. Doing Ohana for character breakfast. Have done Boma and GFCafe before. I think its going to be Calif Grill. Never been and think that will be a good way to spend our first night looking over the park. Maybe Whispering Canyon. Sounds like a fun experience. Thanks so much.

Favorite restaurant strictly on food? V&As, no doubt. Favorite restaurant as in one I am comfortable being in (not worrying I am going to use the wrong fork or break some crystal) I'd have to say anything at AKL. Sanaa, Boma, or Jiko.

First choice - Kona Cafe. Second choice - Kona Cafe. Third choice - Kona Cafe. You get the drift. :D
Can't beat Tonga Toast and pineapple Macademia nut pancakes!
Make the reservation for 11am, and call it brunch!

You must! I forgot to photograph the incredible strawberry sauce that comes on the side, but here's the Tonga Toast and the pancakes I mentioned, as well as the Kona pressed coffee and wasable bloody mary:
