I think the WL lobby is spectacular.
So is the GF lobby in a completely different way.

The Poly absolutley screams WDW. For me it's the best themed lobby and hotel by far. I alos really enjoy the WL and AK. Both are amazing in their own ways. We have stayed in lodges out west that look and feel like that so they captured that perfectly.

Wilderness Lodge. Yacht & Beach is still my favorite resort, but Wilderness Lodge has the best lobby.

As much as I want to say the Beach Club's since it's my favorite resort, the AKL has the best resort lobby on WDW property in my opinion. Love the themeing and attention to detail they put into it.

ITA. Beach Club is nice - it's bright, happy and pretty. I really do like it a lot.

But AKL is magnificent. It envelops you with its warmth, awes you with its size, intrigues you with its art and welcomes you into another place.

Even though WL is so similar, there is just nothing like the AKL.
