Hi everyone! We are at T-30 days until we will arrive at the most magical place on Earth!!!! :)
While we have breakfast and dinner ADR's, I haven't really done much research for QS lunches. My husband and I may just grab a snack some days, but my kiddos will need a mid-day meal at some point. Just wondering what everyone's favorite QS meals are at any park or resort. We love all types of food and my kids are not picky eaters.
Thanks!!

I had a few favs the last trip when a fruit cup wasn't going to be enough:
EPCOT: Macaroni-Cheeseburger at Electric Umbrella or special limited-time Turkey Waffle at a small snack stand between FutureWorld and Canada that may have other odd little gems
MagicKingdom: no-sugar-added mango (sorbet?) dessert at Pinocchio Haus, very refreshing, I think it came with nuggets or any other lunch item.
Studios: always the meatball sub at Pizza Planet, saucy enough to make a fork and knife a good idea, and head up the elevator to the sunny upper level where it's less congested

It's hard to pick just one let alone one in each park. MK BOG is the best but CR's is a classic not to mention the variety and Sunny Eclipse, PB has great burgers and CHH has some nice choices and always seems a nice quiet place to sit and relax. In EPCOT in FW it's SS hands down and in WS it the Tangerine Cafe (It's also the best bang for your buck). In HS if you're a salad eater go to ABC. In AK Flametree is really good, Yak and Yeti is another of my boys pics and Restaurantsaurous has a nice veggie sandwich not to mention an excellent adult lemonade.

A most magical welcome!

We always enjoy Yak and Yeti/s QS which is right next door to the sit down restaurant at AK. Can't remember the name but its decent QS Asian inspired food. Seating is behind the counter area. At MK we discovered Sleepy Hollow's waffle sandwiches. Its a nice break from burgers and I enjoyed the strawberry, banana and nutella one. At HS I think the best option is Pizza Planet. There are not many good places here but I felt that this one was decent and a good portion for your money. Not sure if you have the DDP or not. At Epcot there is Sunshine Seasons for a variety or my favorite stop which is Yorkshire Fish and Chips. The QS in Mexico is also good but I have had very slow service there. Good luck choosing and I hope you have a fabulous trip!

MK: Sleepy Hollow. Love the waffle variations
AK: Flame Tree BBQ.
HS: Brown Derby Lounge. (I'd put this in the quick service category. Don't need an ADR). But you'll have kids in tow. So, yeah, you can't go wrong with Pizza Planet.
Ep: Hmm. Don't really have one. If you go during a festival, then food booths are the way to go.

Columbia Harbour House is my family's favorite. We usually end up there a couple of times during a trip. Make sure you take your food upstairs. Things are quieter, and you get a great view.
I've heard great things about Columbia Harbour and planned on having lunch there the last 2 trips. However, when push came to shove, my kids opted for Starlight Café................I've heard every joke and song Cosmic Ray has to offer. Maybe I'll win this year.

MK: Columbia Harbour House has shrimp and salmon for great prices.

Epcot: Sunshine Seasons has great choices all around.

AK: Flame Tree or Yak and Yeti. However, I wish AK had some more indoor QS options.

DHS: I like the pastries at Starring Rolls, but besides that the QS choices are severely lacking.

MK- Columbia Harbor House and Pecos Bill
EP- Sunshine Seasons and any number of spots in the WS
DAK- Flame Tree
DHS- Studio Catering and Starring Rolls
A number of the resorts also have decent options. A couple of years ago, we opted to leave MK and hit the monorail resort QS spots for some food.

MK - Tomorroland Terrace (Lage variety but 3 different lines for each type can get annoying) or Pecos Bills
E - China, Morroco
HS - Backlot Express - Decent burgers and free self serve drink refills even for coffee.
AK - Flame Tree BBQ is my favorite Quick Serve. Oh So good.:hungry:
