I would have to break it down two ways... first breakfast/dinner, second I would have to vote for my top three

Breakfast: Cape May, 1900 Park Fare, Kona Cafe

Dinner: Boma, V & A, California Grill

Fast Food: The Electric Umbrella
Sit-Down: The Land (the rotating restaurant)

MGM:
Fast Food: Catalina Eddie's or Rosy's All American Grill (because they're close to RnRC!!!)
Sit-Down: Sci-Fi

AK:
Fast Food: Pizzafari or Restauranasaurus (sp?)
Sit-Down: Rainforest Cafe
