The Laughing Place scene in Splash Mountain. And the scene where Brer Fox catches Brer Rabbit and you head up the lift hill (everything about these scenes is done so well!).

The high-speed chase in Test Track.

UoE - when the theater cars first move into the diorama
RnRC - the initial launch and inversions and the corkscrew toward the end
Tower of Terror - seeing first time riders' reactions when the AGV starts moving horizontally thru thru the 5th dimension scene, also that scene in general
Expedition Everest - the over banked turn immediately after you start going backwards
Festival of the Lion King - Can You Feel the Love Tonight? (It's my favorite song from that movie).

Haunted Mansion:during the approach into the graveyard scene, the caretaker and his dog-the look of terror on his face adds a bit of creepiness to the scene
Tower Of Terror:the fifth dimension scene-the first time I rode, I had no idea the ride vehicle moved forward
Jungle Cruise: the temple, and the "backside of water"
TTA: the section that goes through Space Mountain, especially if you go through when SM is down and the lights are on

ITTBB... Chili shooting acorns, Lean mean Terminator, the initial appearance of Hopper
JC... Passing inside the eerie temple
PoTC... Skeletons playing chess in the Queue, jail scene w/ dog holding the cell keys
Dino... Asteroid hit and escape

7DMT --> the heigh ho lift hill.
Philharmagic --> the instrumental part of "A Whole New World" where you're soaring through Agrabah.
Star Tours --> in the sequence where there's a lot of traffic and the Starspeeder is going the wrong way and C-3PO says "they're not going the wrong way, we are, you nitwit!"
Dinosaur --> "we're not gonna make it! we're not gonna make it!"

Mad Tea Party: The Door Mouse in the middle

HM: The ceiling during the lightning strike in the stretch room
