A Monster in Paris and Anastasia would have to be my favorites.
I also love the Ghibli movies but they are distributed by Disney in the US so I guess they're technically Disney movies? If not then them too! Particularly Spirited Away, Howl's Moving Castle, and Kiki's delivery service.
Also the Road to El Dorado!
