Anyone remember when Freddy vs Jason vs Michael Myers was being worked on but was ultimately dropped? Yeah, it would've been a sloppy movie at that time but with reboots and intertwined cinematic universes... I say try it again!

So, this is happening:

personally, I'll admit I'm not looking forward to it. years ago I worked at a theater that showed the original every Friday & Saturday night. was actually fun watching people's faces exiting the theater & seeing the Rocky Horror crowd outside.
I thought the movie was horrible, but the fans put on a good show. I can see the cult classic fan base of it all.
I met some cool people too. not that often I've had conversations with people in drag.
