Favorite Entrance Area

Anyone have a favorite park entrance? I love them, they're so exciting! Your day excitement begins as you step over the threshold of magic. My personal favorite is Epcot's entrance. There's something about Spaceship earth looming ahead of you with that WONDERFUL entrance area music playing. I LOVE IT! A very CLOSE second is of course the Magic Kingdom with the Main Street RR Station. REMEMBER!! When you vote, take into consideration the view, feeling, sounds, smells, and anything else. Thanks!

it would definelty have to be epcot, its just so cool walking into future world, with the cool spaceage music paying. On a quite day thier or early in the morning its entrance is amazing.

I would have to say the entrance to Magic Kingdom to be my favorite. Epcot would come in a close second. I remember these entrances since I was little and that is why they are the best.

I would definetly have to say the Magic Kingdom entrance. It's just so wonderful to see the Mickey made out of flowers, then walk under the station and directly onto Main Street USA. Since my first trip to Disney World, the Magic Kingdom entrance has always been my favorite. It makes me feel as I've stepped into a dream.

I'll be seeing that entrance in 18 weeks and 5 days!!

Magic Kingdom's my favorite (for the same reasons as DixieBelle97), followed by Epcot, then the AK (the Oasis is so cool), and then MGM. Although, I may have to reorder that because of the Sorcer Hat. it adds a lot to see it when you first walk in.:sohappy:

its actually pretty hard to choose which park has the coolest entrance because they're all so unique. I like EPCOT the best though the ball and the fountain and everything else there is pretty cool.

I can't decide, they are all great and each has its own unique features, so I'll say I like them all equally.

I love Animal Kingdom's entrance. The Oasis is so beautiful and serene...and I love seeing the rainbow parrot...and then, no matter which path you take, you always go around a corner and there it is...The Tree of Life. It is SO well thought out...and the waterfall with the bridge...God I love that park...and the music! The Imagineers did wonders with this park...all the way down to the walkways themselves....

I would have to say Epcot is my fav. entrance. The uniqueness of it is admazing. I wish the hand was not there because it distracts from the omnious presence of Spaceship earth. However, I find Leave a Legacy to be a wonderful adition. It gives that 2001 space oddesy feel to it. I think it would be better if they were a silver/grey/black color instead of brown, but that's alright.


Although it's not a main entrance, I love IG as well, it's quiet and covered with trees. If I'm only going to WS for the day and not hitting Future World I come in from the boardwalk through this entrance.

My favorite is the Magic Kingdom. I love walking out of the train station and just looking up at the Castle straight ahead when I round the corner.

I also like Animal Kingdom. Coming out of the cave area and all of a sudden, there is the Tree! Makes me want to sing Circle of Life every time! Just reminds me of a whole new day opening up and starting.

Hopefully this proves to some of you that I'm not a Disney hater even though I posted under that other string that I don't think people are crazy for not thinking about Disney every single minute! I love Disney too!

Magic Kingdom....

...our vacations are never 'official' until we walk under the station and into the Town Hall circle...and, for us, the best time is early morning when there are no crowds and the Main Street music seems crystal clear.

It is tough for me to choose between AK and MK. The MK entrance is magical since it is the first park I go to. The AK one though is great because it is so scenic and then you see the magnificent tree.

I like them all, AK is a very nice one specially because you can´t see what there is ahead, and then, all of a sudden, once you go throught that little tunnel and turn left, there it is: the Tree of Life! Studios and MK are simply magical! Epcot, on the other hand, WAS extremely beautiful with the planters decorated according to the season, but the stones now, are extremely cold, and I don´t like it anymore.

Definately AK. The theming is great, the music is awesome, and the different paths that lead to the bridge make this the best. MK would be my second. Epcot third (mostly because the Legacy stones take away from just seeing the fountain and SE). The Epcot music is also very good. The Studios is a distant 4th. Especially with the hat. The hat is cool for the 100th celebration but the Chinese Theatre is more in line with the Hollywood image.

Everybody has their favorites and their own reasons. We are lucky for the diversity of the parks.

the international gateway definelty is awsome and a fine additon to epcot, its definely a cool feeling just walkin into world showcase.

That entrance music rules. I can't even discribe the feeling I get walking into that park. Complete happiness I guess. That place blows my mind. It is AMAZING!!!!

i was going to pick magic kingdom b/c it has a monorail their. but i remembered how th monorail went around future world, and the awesome music futuristic music they have.
