Favorite Disney Outlet store? (not on Disney property)

Told you guys I would bombard you with questions!
On Saturday, we are taking a break from the parks (sort of) and will sleep in and go shopping. We found out there are a couple Outlet Malls in Orlando with Disney stores where you can get merchandise 40-75% off?

1. Which Outlet Disney store is your favorite?

2. What type of stuff do they have?

3. Out of all of them, which is the biggest store?

I've got brochures for "BELZ" factory outlet world, Orlando Premium Outlets, andLake Buena Vista Factory Stores.

Now, of course I will be buying stuff at the parks..... but I am also a bargain shopper by heart.... can't help it. That and I love to shop.

So anyone care to comment? Thanks! Dalayney:kiss:

Just a thought...I could not believe how cheap the WDW stuff was at WalMart on 192. The same shirt I paid $20 for inside the park was less than $10 at that WalMart. It was the same shirt! I said now that particular WalMart will be a must whenever we go again. I could get friends better souvenirs for less not to mention more Disney goodies for me. :animwink:

Ok.... would this Walmart be on our way to our resort (All Star Movies) from the airport? We need to stop and get my son some jean shorts. (he grew out of all of his, and here in Nebraska, no shorts in the stores yet.... and it's FREAKING COLD HERE !)

I am a big bargain shopper... especially when I have a list a mile long that I would like to buy for.

So yes, where is this Walmart? LOL.....

As we came off the WDW property, we went left on 192 and it was a mile or two down the road. It was pretty accessible and close to WDW. As for coming from the airport, someone else would have to answer since we always drive in from the other direction on 192. Trust me, though. It is a great Walmart with lots of Disney items and food items as well. Definitely some shorts to be found, too. :)

We went to one last May for the 1st time. WOW I am a beliver now. I want to rent a car just to go there, but it doesn't look like that is going to happen. Looks like we might take a cab from DTD to the one closest to their. I wonder how much this would cost.

I am interesting in hearing what others have to say.

I was impressed with the store in Orlando Premium Outlets during my last trip. The merchandise pretty much consisted of things that weren't currently being sold in the parks, such as Alien Encounter merchandise and 2003 products (I was there in early Spring) among many other things. Though, I think there were a few current products there (some at full price). Overall, I'd definately go back on my next trip to do a bit of shopping.

Character Premier in Sawgrass Mills (Sawgrass, FL, near Fort Lauderdale)

CP, and the stores at Beliz usually get the same range of merchandise in, and their selections can and always will vary depending on what the shipment brings in..

I go to them every time we go to WDW. The one in Lake Buena Vista had the best stuff last time. The Beltz ones were OK. It just depends when you go and what they have.. To get to the Wal-Mart as you are coming from the airport...hmmmmmm.... as you are traveling west on I-4, take the 535 exit (Lake Buena Vista). Take a left (you will go under I-4). Stay on that road as it ends at U.S.192. Take a left and make your way to the right lane. You will see Wal-Mart on your right. You will pass some old tourist attractions as you go: Medievel Times and the Xanadu house. On your way back down 535; you will pass the Outlet mall with the Disney merchandise. I got some really good deals there last December.

I don't know about the Dixie Stampede; I just came upon this new strip mall when I was driving back from Wal-Mart. You have to understand that I hadn't been in 5 years last December, and I was in awe at all the construction that had taken place. So trying to chauffer my two first timers, and see the sights myself.........I almost need to take a day and explore all of the new roads and see the new construction.
Anyway, this new Disney Outlet was nice.
